Walking to the beach will take you less than 10 min going down some stairs.
The view from the terrace is amazing despite the noise of the road downstairs that can be quite busy in summer months.
The flat offers 1 large bedroom with a large bed and its own balcony.
The main room features a sofa bed for 1 and an extra bed for 1.
You can book for 2 adults and 2 children.
The large terrace has a sitting arrea and a dining area. It's facing the beautiful bay of St Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche sur Mer.
The view is stunning but please note that Bd Napoleon III is busy with traffic and there is also a train line in front of the sea.
There is a seperate kitchen that has been refurbished in 2020 with dishwasher, toaster, a Dolce Gusto expresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, gaz hob and oven.
Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper.. are availalble in the flat to start you stay.
There is also some hydroalcoholic gel at your disposal.
The bathroom has a bidet, toilet and a bath with shower.
You can park easily down the building. There are always some free spaces.
The flat is old but fully cleaned and disinfected after each stay. 24h rest is given between 2 stays.
There are 2 fans in the flat but no Ac. It can sometimes be hot in summer months.
There is no double glazing and bay windows do not close properly.
Bring some earplugs with you or do not book should it be a problem for you.
All flat is booked for you. I do not leave on premises.

For your grocery, you need to go to Super U in beaulieu (7min drive).
Buses runs often down the building to go to Beaulieu, Nice or Monaco.
Train station is 30 min walk from the flat.
It's best to have a car but not essential. You can visit Villefranche or St Jean Cap Ferrat by foot.
A sun umbrella is available for you. Just bring your beach towels.
Bedlinen and towels are available.
There are some steps from car-park to the building. A lift will bring you to the flat.
