The flat offers 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a large living room with a new sofa, Tv and dining area, a separated kitchen fully equiped with a new fridge, a bathroom and seperated toilets.

The balcony with sea view will allow you to eat outside.

Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper.. are availalble in the flat to start your stay.

There is also some hydroalcoholic gel at your disposal.

The residence is secured and a closed car park is available as long as your car is not too big.

There are also some free parking spaces inside the residence depending on your arrival time (complicated after 5pm).

Ac is available in living room and one fan in each bedroom.

Wifi is freely available in all flat and its of good quality.

The flat is fully cleaned and disinfected after each stay and 24h free between 2 stays.

The swimming pool of the residence is opened from 1st may till 30th of september from 9am till 9pm. Bring your own towels.

Buses runs every 20 min to the center but takes 1 hour to go to the centre.

You can take a tram by taking a bus to Carras and go to the centre in 20 min.

By car, it takes about 20 min to drive to the centre and 10 min to the nearest beaches on Promenade des Anglais.

Early check-in is possible before 11am or after 5pm.
